“泰晤士、蓝湾”景观设计概念来源于泰晤士河同英伦花园的完美结合，泰晤士河是一步流动的英国历史，传统的英伦花园遍布英伦三岛，正是英伦风情的典型代表。本别墅区景观通过以下几点体现美轮美奂的英伦风情体现景观的特点：

1.“街区＋广场”欧式住宅风格：建筑错落有致，存储英伦原汁风味；空间轻灵自由，情趣昂然；组团经自然景观区隔，私密与开放并举。

2.英伦风情的景观：注重景观与建筑结合，使建筑溶于景观，强调对自然景观的充分利用，达到建筑和周围的环境浑然一体，相得益彰，体现原汁原味的英伦风情。

3.泰晤士河的景观再现，截取泰晤士河天然水系有代表性的区段，在别墅区中真实再现，树立标志性景观。

4.英伦花园的集中演绎， 勾勒英伦代表性花园的景观特征，节点景观中品位英伦风情的比诶越能够风采。
