北京市通州文化旅游区交通市政配套工程设计方案

本项目位于通州。通州，依运河塑性，以运河闻名，是首都北京“两轴两带多中心”新城市发展格局的重点规划新城之一。未来，通州将被打造成为现代文化资源聚集、运河文化彰显的文化产业基地，成为CBD的补充配套区，最终将新城规划和建设成为低碳、绿色的，新一代“北京市副中心”。而文化旅游区则在通州建设“北京市副中心”的背景下，承载着首都旅游休闲的重要功能，以环球影城主题乐园为中心，体现文化旅游和未来城市特色，展现北京旅游新亮点、打造北京旅游新引擎。

城市设计要求:

主题公园范围内应重点营造游客体验空间，充分展示项目空间特色，同时结合萧太后河历史文化遗存，突出运河文化及生态景观特色。

主题公园北侧用地与通州新城联系较为密切，宜塑造景观优越充满活力的城市公共空间。

主题公园南侧应注重营造生态绿色、相对安静的空间环境氛围。

打造智慧、生态、未来之旅，营造浪漫、梦幻、人文空间！

The project is located in Tongzhou.
